Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
Since Triphy provides digital services through a monthly subscription model, we generally do not offer refunds once the billing period has started.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate billing or technical failures on our part that prevent you from using the service.
3. Order Refunds
For customer orders, refund requests must be handled directly with the restaurant partner. Triphy is a platform and does not maintain control over the preparation of food or individual order fulfilment.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a subscription, please contact our billing team at billing@triphyapp.in with your account details and the reason for the request.
