2. Use of Services

You must use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3. Partner Responsibilities

Restaurant partners are responsible for the quality of food, accuracy of menu descriptions, and timely preparation of orders. Triphy is a platform and is not responsible for the actual food preparation.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and technology on the Triphy platform are owned by or licensed to Triphy and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triphy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
